Confirmation of Order
You will receive confirmation of you order, via e-mail to. We will then e-mail you again when your order has been processed and dispatched.
Out of Stock
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we may run out of popular items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered we'll e-mail you within 24 hours to let you know when it will be available, we may also be able to offer an alternative product. You may choose to wait until the item is in stock ,select an alternative product, or cancel your order.

All our prices include 12.5% GST.
We accept purchases on either Visa or Mastercard. All charges are made in New Zealand dollars. We charge your credit card on the date on which we dispatch the Products to you.
If you elect to pay by cheque or deposit directly to our bank account, details will be sent to you by e-mail on confirmation of your order. Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched after as your cheque has cleared.
Orders are not binding upon Grandpa’s Wooden Toys Ltd until accepted by us. We remain the owners of the Product/s supplied to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe for all the Products including any freight.
