Shipping (We only ship within New Zealand)
Please allow approx 2/14 working days for shipping, unless you have asked us to ship at a later date. All shipping within New Zealand will be by either door to door courier, or in some cases standard post.Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please note for Rural delivery an additional $4.50 will be charged per parcel.
In some cases if you have ordered multiple items the freight may be overcharged. This will be adjusted and we will notify you when your order is received as to the correct freight cost.
Refunds & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to faulty workmanship or damage, you may return it within 7 days, unused, and in the original packaging, and we will either replace, exchange, or give you a refund for the cost of the goods (excluding freight ). Replacements are subject to stock availability. Please ensure that any goods being returned have been authorised by us within the 7 days, and are packaged securely. Goods being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note that we do not refund or exchange items if you just simply "change your mind" or don't like what you have purchased - so please choose carefully! What happens if my order is out of stock?
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we may run out of popular items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered we'll e-mail you within 24 hours to let you know when it will be available and we may also be able to offer alternative product/s. You may choose to wait until the item is in stock ,select an alternative, or cancel your order.
