Freight 
All orders $99.00 and over are sent freight free. Freight on all other orders is $9.00. These freight rates only apply within New Zealand ( North & South Islands)

Shipping  (We only ship within New Zealand)
Please allow approx 2/10 working days for shipping, unless you have asked us to ship at a later date.
All shipping within New Zealand will be by either door to door courier, or in some cases standard post.

Shipping will be calculated during checkout.

Please note, for Grandpas tables and chairs, playtables allow 2 - 14 days for delivery, as these are made to order items.

Refunds & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, due to faulty workmanship or damage, you may return it within 7 days, unused, and in the original packaging, and we will either replace, exchange, or give you a refund for the cost of the goods. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
Please ensure that any goods being returned have been authorised by us within the 7 days, and are packaged securely.
Goods being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

What happens if my order is out of stock?
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we may run out of popular items. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered we'll e-mail you within 24 hours to let you know when it will be available and we may also be able to offer alternative product/s. You may choose to wait until the item is in stock ,select an alternative, or cancel your order.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully! If you are unsure and want further information about a particular product/s, please do not hesitate to "email us", or call us on (03) 693-8511, before making your decision.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, We will offer you an exchange or credit note provided that:

  1. You send back the item within 7 days of purchase and produce your invoice at the time you return the item 
  2. The item is in resalable condition including that:
    1. It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
    2. It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition;

If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or credit note for change of mind returns.

 

Wrong Product

If we have shipped the wrong goods for an online order simply contact us, return the goods and we will exchange it for the correct item. You can do this by clicking here,and letting us know by email, or if you wish call us on (03) 693-8511.

 

Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.

We will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note, refund or repair where:

  1. The product is not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act
  2. The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
  3. You provide your order number.
